Dan Early

Jeremy Stackhouse

Vice President

Jeremy is a financial services professional with New York Life in Ft. Wayne.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Manchester University.  Jeremy is also on the Board of Directors for Wabash County Junior Achievement and is involved with Hunters Helping Hunters.  He and his wife Brandi have a son and a daughter and they live in Wabash.  Jeremy has been involved with Habitat for Humanity since he started volunteering with the student chapter at Hamilton High School.  He was also a volunteer with the student chapter at Manchester University, and brings his passion for the Habitat mission to our Board.

Dottie Cole


Dottie comes to us with a strong background and experience level with Habitat for Humanity.  She has previously been the Women's Build Coordinator for Whitley County Habitat for Humanity, and a Women's Build Committee member for the Allen County Habitat for Humanity affiliate.  She has successfully planned, led, and completed 4 Women's Build homes and has participated in a total of 7 Women's Build homes.  She has also completed Women's Build Leadership Training. 

Dottie has been a Financial Advisor for 18 years and owns her own business in Columbia City.  She resides in North Manchester and is a member of the Sweetwater Assembly of God Church, where she and her husband drive the church buses as well as teaching the 5th and 6th grade Sunday School classes.  They also volunteer for Wednesday night Kidz Zone at the church. 

Her goal for Wabash County Habitat for Humanity is to re-energize the community towards Habitat's mission and purpose.  Her focus is to promote the goal of Habitat's founders:  "We build communities and we build hope".  

Jinny Hartley


Jinny is a lifelong Wabash County resident and is the eServices Manager for Beacon Credit Union.  Jinny brings to our Board a solid background in volunteerism and the desire to give back to her community, along with the desire to create a brighter future for others.  She has been a part of "Blessings in a Backpack" and has also served as a Board member for the Wabash County Hospital Gala Foundation.  She has joined our Habitat for Humanity Board because she believes in the integrity of our mission of "Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope."

Shelly Gray

Shelly is the branch manager of Woodforest National Bank in Wabash.  She holds an Associcate degree in Business Administration Management from Indiana Tech in Ft. Wayne.  She has joined Wabash County Habitat for Humanity as a Board member to become more involved with the Wabash community. Shelly is also a member of the Wabash County Chamber of Commerce and is a Chamber Ambassador. She has a love for Habitat's mission because she has a friend who is a Habitat homeowner in Huntington County, and she understands the challenges of surviving tough times. Shelly resides in Huntington and is married with two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family. 

Janet Shoemaker

Matt Smith

Matt is the President/Owner of Frantz Lumber Company and Matt Smith Construction in North Manchester.  He is a Board member at his church and loves going on mission trips.  He has been involved with Wabash County Habitat for Humanity by donating materials for our 2015 and 2016 playhouses.  His construction skills and experience will make Matt a valuable member of Habitat's Board of Directors. He is excited to be a part of our team because he wants to do whatever he can to improve his community. 

Jordan Tandy

Jordan is a Wabash resident and a partner in the law firm of Tiede Metz Downs Tandy & Petruniw, P.C.  He holds an MBA from Valparaiso University and a law degree from Indiana University.  He comes to the Habitat Board with extensive volunteer experience including being a Board member of the Wabash County YMCA, Parkview Wabash Hospital Foundation, 85 Hope, Wabash Kiwanis Club, and Marketplace Creative Placemaking Committee. His most rewarding experience was helping rehab Hanna Park last year.  He also has a background with Habitat for Humanity, as his dad has been the Volunteer Director for Habitat for Humanity in Shelbyville, Indiana for several years.  Jordan believes there is a need in our community to assist deserving people in securing quality housing.
